"Excellent A&E treatment"

Only a minor problem but it lead me to A&E on a Saturday morning. Had about 4. 5 hours wait but as a less serious case, others rightly took precedence. A little more information about how long I should expect to wait would have been helpful and meant I could have made other plans. I have completed a questionnaire online where I suggested some form of colour coding based on level of emergency which would be issued by Triage. This could let me know that being very minor, say purple in colour, I should expect to wait about 3 hours, and so on. I could then get a newspaper and coffee as an example. This is not a criticism but just a simple idea of improving visitors experience.
