"Why doesn't anyone pick up phone!"

It has always been difficult to get through on the phone, however recently in the periodontal department its virtually impossible. I don't live in Leeds so have to ring up to enquire about appointments or other matters but no one picks the phones up and if they do they put in down again! The receptionists in general are not very friendly and act like they have the world on their shoulders. Its such a shame because the dental staff are really nice.
