What I liked

Doctors were great and did a good job though I had to wait to see them which was expected as it is a busy hospital- like many. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful

What could be improved

Communication. We were left waiting for over 90 minutes to be discharged by a senior house officer but very disappointingly the doctor went home and left us waiting without telling the nurse in the ward.

The nurses were brilliant even when under pressure, a couple of the assistants should get some lessons on communication skills and talk to patients and visitors with respect and not LIKE dumb little 5 year olds. We are not in school, we are in a HOSPITAL.

The floors in the A and E could do with alot of improvement. They need to invest in pillows to make patients more comfortable. Simple things like pillows in A and E could make a huge improvement in quality care.

A and E staff should check on patients every 20 minutes or so from the moment they arrive.

Anything else?
