What I liked

The doctirs and nurses were friendly and explained everything very well. I cannot fault the medical staff.

What could be improved

The admin staff were uncommunicative, brusque, did not explain and were too busy chatting about their social lives to treat the patients with anything like respect.

Anything else?

Mapping and signage was inconsistent. Different terms were used in different places and the map that show where you were did not show where anything else was.
