"I was in Paulin ward which is ..."

About: The Royal London Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was in Paulin ward which is a Renal ward.During the day 80% of the nurses was very good.20% was just there to make up staff.Unfortunely for me I quite regulary got those. But staff on a whole very good.Doctors 10 out 10.Renal for me are the best in the world. They answered my questions and they were all very polite and very very proffesional.I would never wanted to be treated anywhere else.

What could be improved

The toilets. They were cleaned to a high standard but only twice a day.Due to the lack of toilets these got heavily stained quite quickly.I do still suffer from diarroea but this could also my medication doing this but nothing has been confirmed.

The night time nurses could be improved.A patient crashed at night and the nurses on call that night panicked and all control was lost.Luckily the patient survived once a Dr was on ward.I was sick on my first night,my nurse came in gave me a sick bowl I was sick the nurse went er and went out and left me.Fortunely for her I was unable to indentify her due to me being so ill at the time.

Anything else?

Apart from the above my expericence at Paulin ward was very good.My kidney worked and the after care team are very caring aswell.Thank you.
