what is the point of putting in a complaint to this hospital as it seems like no one ever takes the blame or you never get a sorry and nothing is done.
the experience I had recently in the cardiac ward and other wards is shocking I was very distressed and after I had a stent in I fell asleep and I was wakened up at 5 in the morning and told to get out of the room I was in by the most abrupt way possible and where was I to go as the ward beds are to small for me it is so cramped all I wanted to do was go home.
my wife came for me and I was not well at all when I got home. this is the second time in 2 years I have been in there and I hope I never go back I feel like I would rather die. I feel like people in wheelchairs are not tended to at all I will be taking this further this time I will be asking my solicitor what can I do.
