"Praisable clinical staff. Admins are a joke"

Clinical staff I've had to deal with are great. Unfortunately the admins ability to simply answer a phone is non-existent. Always put through to answer phone, leave a message and out of the 20-30 times I've left a message I've only once been called back.

However, I am concerned to hear you have been experiencing difficulties with the administrative staff. Nevertheless, I am grateful for you bringing it to our attention. I will pass on your comments to the team leader in order to address the concerns you have raised.
