"I am very grateful she made the effort"

About: Titchfield Children's Centre

(as a parent/guardian),

I was at a regular Bumps and Babies group with my son, at Oakham and Titchfield. There was an activity making mother's day cards. I was not feeling well due to minor surgery in the week and did not do a card myself. Natasha the leader asked if I wanted to make a card and explained that I didn't feel well. She asked if she could take my son and with another member of staff made a card for me. This meant a lot to me as it is my first mothers day card, Natasha was brilliant in the way that she made sure everyone had one including myself.

I am very grateful that she made the effort to make a card from my son as it has a lot of sentimental value to me.

Thank you for sharing your experience at the children's centre, I am really pleased that Natasha ensured that you got a card for mothers day, it is really important that everyone who attends is made to feel welcome and included. I will ensure that Natasha receives the feedback.

I hope that you feel better soon, and hopefully we will continue to see you at the centre.

Thank you again
