"utter waste of time"

This place seems to get worse by the day. I reviewed this place 2 yrs ago. & its even worse now l wouldnt give it any stars. They dont seem to care anyway. Any complaints are ignored. Shocking mental health service. They all seem obsessed with research, no care at all for current patient's. Almost impossible to get any interest in my mental health from any of them. All they do is try to palm patient's off to beme & other support services. Does anyone in that building actually care about mental ill patients. Truely appalling. Staff should be very ashamed of their conduct lack of care, lack of compassion & have more respect for vulnerable, desperately ill mentally people.
