"Put at ease by GP practice"

I was anxious about visiting the GP as I haven’t been for a while and my symptoms had got a bit out of control. In the past the receptionists had seemed quite rude and dismissive but today they looked me in the eye and used my name, which was nice. The doctor took the time to listen to me and go through the treatments she was prescribing even though the clinic was busy. Penny Lane seem to be making an effort to get patient feedback- there are lots of boxes and signs- it makes me feel like they really care what I think of the practice.
