Left review last night but not here. Still feeling very angry and upset by my experience yesterday. Orthopaedic sister was unbelievably dismissive, rude and unhelpful. They openly made a disparaging remark about me to their colleague. Customer care training should be undertaken by them before they undermine the confidence of another patient. Feeling extremely nervous about returning after such a horrible experience.
