"Accident and Emergency - thank you"

I'd been experiencing really bad pain in my foot and was struggling to walk. I thought I'd dislocated or broken a bone so I went to A&E. I only had to wait 45 minutes and was seen by the Specialist Nurse Practitioner. I was assessed and sent for an X-ray which revealed an abnormality for which I've now been referred. All the staff from reception and radiology to the nursing staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. I just wanted to say thank you for my care. I was impressed.
