From what I saw, the A&E department seemed to be a complete shambles. There were people who seemed really ill waiting for over 6 hours. I saw nurses and doctors hang around chatting, and complaining they wanted to go home.
The staff who I saw were not nice when they approached me. I could not wait to get out of there. I will definitely go to another hospital next time.
