What I liked
Excellent experience from start to finish with friendly advice by telephone after despite this being over Xmas.
What could be improved
I could not have asked for a better experience in terms of treatment - if I had to be really picky, I would advise that there is some handouts on common injuries which advise on anything the patient can do to help themselves
