"What a huge difference"

I had a return appointment with the doctor in A&E dept. today at 8pm. I would like to mention that the doctor in A&E department is the most helpful and the most caring doctor I have ever met throughout my presence of 12 years in the UK.
If I knew a more special way to express my appreciation for their approach, I would definitely do that.
I wish all the doctors would be as caring and as careful like as they are.
Thank you very muchness for all your help.
I really hope your career in the UK have many prosperous days!
