I attended the clinic to discuss my problems re snoring and sleeping. I was seen by a very understanding consultant who suggested a sleep study. This was carried out fairly soon after this appointment.
I got the results confirming that I had quite severe sleep apnoea. In February I received my wonderful CPAP machine. It is life changing.
The staff in the clinic are all great and thanks to them my apnoeas are down from 44 an hour to about 1 an hour! Amazing.
