"Excellent staff who demonstrated high quality care"

I have recently been seen in Rheumatology and Radiology. The hospital is well signposted and all staff I asked for help were well mannered and courteous.

Both departments were extremely clean and all staff appeared smart and took care about their appearance. I was kept up to date with everything along the patient pathway from the point of referral through to the end of the plan of care, including being copied into the letter to my GP.

I would definitely recommend the QE as a place for friends and relatives to use.

Well done on the CQC outcome as I know how much work and effort goes into inspections. The judgements are very well deserved.
