"I found the appointment excellent at Flatts Walk Health Centre"

I attended an appointment today at the continence department at Flatt Walks Health Centre. I received the letter a few weeks in advance with full details of time etc and what to bring (no map included so I was quite anxious trying to find the place and parking details etc.)

I was extremely nervous and embarrassed due to the nature of the appointment. This was helped when I did not have to wait. The appointment was on time.

The nurse introduced herself and was very pleasant and put me at ease. She had lots of leaflets and written information to give me, which I found very helpful when I got home. Often I forget all that was said during appointments. She also gave me a follow up appointment and explained that she would write to the GP. She also gave me her name and contact number for any queries I may have. I found the appointment excellent.
