"Extremely concerning"

I've just come back from Linciln A&E department and I cannot believe the treatment we received from the staff the "Doctor"we seen couldn't speak English well didn't understand the previous medical procedure I had so had to explain like I would a 5 year old! The nursing staff stood round talking and joking one of the assistants was walking round eating a bag of Doritos in front of everybody in waiting room whilst another was stood at reception picking something from their tooth!!Totally unprofessional and unbelievable to actually witness this!
