"Candid and Clear"

I had an appointment for 9.50am and had preliminary tests before that time. Short wait and then seen at about 10.10am by a ?registrar who was most helpful, clear in their descriptions of my condition and in the various ways in which it could be dealt with. I was much impressed by the registrar's way of dealing with these matters. I was the more impressed because on previous visits, in other departments, waits have been all but interminable!
