"Excellent Care for Out of Hours"

I visited the out of hours service in Feb 2016 and I saw a nurse who was amazing. The nurse was polite, reassuring and the nurse listened to everything that I was saying. I don't like going to the doctors but the nurse instantly made me feel at ease. The nurse explained what they were doing as they thoroughly examined me and the nurse took the time to explain my diagnosis really well. Their manner was superior to that of many doctors that I have seen in the past. I would like to say thank you xxx
