My Mother was rushed in to Pilgrim when i found her unconscious at home and from the moment she got there she received fantastic treatment and attention from the A&E team.
They work together making sure each Doctor and Nurse knows what's happening at all times as well as explaining everything to us (the family) in a way we can understand and with honesty.
Because of the seriousness of my Mums condition we were shown to a private room where we could sit and the Doctors kept us up to date at all times.
I can not thank the A&E team enough for their care and understanding they showed my Mum and us over this emotional time.
