"Appointments are so hard to secure!"

It is not unique to this surgery I am sure, but getting an appointment is so frustrating.

I had to call more than eight times over a 6 week period in order to secure an appointment.

I was finally advised by the staff to say it was an emergency (which it wasn't) in order to see a doctor.

Since then I have seen one of the nurses for blood tests and boosters and the experience was much better.

For a centre that seems to offer a wide variety of services, it would be handy to be able to book appointments in advance without having to say you are an emergency case.

Oh and there's no parking on site , which is a nightmare.
