At the end of 2015 I suffered a Smiths # to my wrist following a fall. I was seen promptly had surgery following day and have made excellent recovery due to standard of care as in patient and attending physio at Freeman Hospital.
In January I had a routine mammogram and was asked to attend Breast Assessment Unit at the RVI on 18th February, From checking in at reception, having further mammogram, ultra sound, biopsy and discussion with breast nurse the care I received was excellent. Radiographer, radiologist and breast nurse, were friendly informative and reassuring and I certainly felt very confident to be in their care at such a worrying time. I received the same standard of care when I thankfully received the news my biopsy was benign. Please pass on my thanks to staff their work is vital and very much appreciated.
"care following # at RVI. Mammogram post care."
