Appalling wait to be seen. 2 hours in front screen and was actually here for 5 plus hours. Its amazing how you can never get to see a doctor but they always seem to be busy! We want to out more into a failing NHS? It's not money the NHS needs just people that actually care and work!!!!

I am sorry that you had such a long wait in the Emergency Department and that you beleive that staff were not providing the care that you needed. The delay in the department is very much dependent on the number of patients requiring assistance.
