(as a relative),

Over the past 2 or 3 years, Neil has overseen my Mother's care for her Alzheimer's. We have seen him every 6 months and he has been incredibly professional, caring, easy to understand, practical and above all, kind both to my Mother, but also to my Father and to me.

What was good?

Neil's knowledge and spotted Parkinson's.

What could be improved?

Sad my Mother will be moved to GP care
