What a wonderful service. From first appointment where the nurse did some checks and prepared me for what the procedure would be like and what I had to do to prepare for it through to the actual procedure itself (a week later) where the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, the team were fantastic and the consultant was open friendly and took the time to explain what was happening. Despite feeling apprehensive about the procedure, they made me feel at ease and kept me informed constantly. Highly recommend the team and hospital. Thank you for taking care of me so well.
