About: Southend Hospital

After several appointment cancellations finally appointment day arrived slight problem that consultant had not been informed that appointments had been moved to Southend hospital and the consultant was at another clinic so after a 45 minute wait a lovely registra stood in. Immediately they could see the pain my daughter was in and agreed that she needed an tonsillectomy in their words sooner rather than later, that was 29/12/15 to date 23/2/16 not even a letter co firming she is on a waiting list I have left messages every day for two weeks on the answerphone of ent admissions and not one person has responded.

All I want is confirmation that she is on a list and an approx date not to much to ask !
