"Outwood ward was extremely organised"

About: East Surrey Hospital / General surgery

(as a parent/guardian),

Daughter had an operation to remove her tonsils and spent the day on Outwood Ward which was extremely well organised. All the nurses and doctors were very friendly, caring and professional. We felt well looked after, and after the op our daughter was checked on regularly and was even offered an evening meal as we werent't discharged until 7. 30pm.
