"Poor communication, long wait times and lack of..."

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

I have been left waiting for surgery for 2 years and my wait time keeps being extended.

I live in pain and this affects my work with me being close to losing my job.

My wife is going through hell watching me suffer and this is now making her suffer from stress and depression/ anxiety.

I can not get in touch with my surgeon or their secretary as no one will answer the phone.

I am told we have cancer patients who are a higher priority! I know this but why do I have to go onto an endless wait list due to there lack of capacity.

Is my care of such little importance!!!
