"Fantastic team."

I first visited the Colposcopy Clinic around 3 years ago and had a truly terrible experience due to a nurse who had lost all sense of compassion and so when I had to return to this clinic a few months ago, I was extremely anxious and nervous that i would have the same experience. Thankfully I could not have been more wrong. The moment I was greeted by the healthcare assistant and the nurse my worries subsided as they were both so welcoming and treated me with dignity and respect. They both took the time to listen to my concerns and answered any questions I had. The procedure was particularly uncomfortable, however they were both so fantastic at making me feel at ease and were so kind and caring, despite the fact they were busy, as most staff these days are!

I hope i don't have to return here again, however if I do, I hope I see these 2 nurses again because they showed true compassion and care and deserve the title of a Nurse!
