"Urology"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

In nurse-led clinic two patients are seen in adjoining rooms with communicating door between.

on first walking into room door is open so conversation is fully audible.

Absolutely humiliating to hear through closed door conversation between other patient and nurse regarding his genitalia.

Totally unacceptable to hear intimate details and nurse just ignores it so this is a commonplace occurrence and to be expected.
