"Inclusion matters helped"

About: Inclusion Matters Wirral

(as the patient),

Been suffering from anxiety those awful feelings in the body worries about loads of different things from IS, migrants, family matters.

Brian spinning from obsessive thoughts, couldn’t sleep.

Spoke over the weeks and finally rooted course of my real anxiety was realised in the final two weeks. I had two weeks of hell wrestling with those thoughts, when the person concerned did something that made me realise how little they thought of me, and I had a real breakdown, panic attacks delirium overwhelming systems in my body.

Next step is to seek help to let me understand that I must think of myself and my partner and let this child (35) of mine go from my life, she brought us both to the point of suicide. It will be hard but I know it is the only way forward. Wonderful caring staff. Relaxing atmosphere. I always came out of a session feeling a burden had been taken off my shoulders.
