"Utterly hopeless"

After entering the care of Oxford mental health in early December I am still awaiting the start of the promised help, it's now late February... The staff have little respect for patient wishes, limited knowledge of their supposed subject and even less willingness to do the job they are paid for. This has been mentioned to pals who seem to be nearly as inefficient and effective as the rest of Oxford mental health

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the services you have received from Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust and that you feel PALS have not effectively dealt with your concerns.

We take all feedback about our services seriously and I would be grateful if you could contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS@oxfordhealth.nhs.uk or 0800 328 7971) again so that we can work with you to ensure we learn from your experience to improve the service provided.
