My son was referred to the clinic in December of 2015 from an opticians following a flare up of his left eye. He received the clinic appointment 2 days after the referral. He was seen at his appointed time, staff were exhaustive in their treatment and took the time to understand other health matters that may have contributed.
Unfortunately the flare up transferred to his right eye. He received 2 courses of antibiotics over a period of 3 weeks and 2 further appointments to check on progress.
All is well now.
From my perspective as his Mum, I was very grateful that he was seen so quickly and wanted to express my thanks to the team at FCH who looked after him and essentially made him well again. Any unknown illness for your child is unbearable regardless of how old they are: )
