"Excellent Care at Maple Ward"

I can't recommend the services of the staff at Maple Ward, Rochford highly enough.

My mother was admitted after becoming ill through neglect and abuse at her previous "care" home.

The staff showed great patience and care for the duration of her stay and through dedication and hard work nursed my Mum back to health.

Unless you have cared for a person with dementia you don't necessarily recognise how much hard work goes into personal care in the background to ensure their well-being.

But I'm happy to say the staff were very attentive and quick to respond to her needs and Mum is now a picture of health compared to how she arrived.

The team are hard-working and dedicated to their work, some coming in on their days off!

It has more of a family atmosphere than a hospital which in my opinion is the perfect way to be.

Thanks to them all for looking after my Mum.
