"Fantastic NICU and maternity services"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Our baby boy was born at 32 weeks at Queens. He needed NICU and we have nothing but praise for the maternity and neonatal ICU services. The staff and doctors were all without exception fantastic and patient centred.

The facilities and services were outstanding and exceeded our expectations.

A massive thank you to all their hard work and dedication.

I would firstly like to start by saying congratulations on the birth of your baby. I’m delighted to hear about your experience, thank you for taking the time to comment on your care. It’s wonderful to know that everyone treated you and your son well, I am very proud of everyone in the maternity department as well as our neonatal ICU ward. I will ensure that your comments are passed onto them, thank you one again for taking the time to make us aware of your experience.

Yours sincerely

Kathryn Halford

Chief Nurse
