"Fantastic care during my operation at City..."

I would like to thank the city hospital for the excellent care I received before, during and after my shoulder operation. I arrived in the theatre admission lounge feeling very nervous. Those nerves were short lived. All the staff were so attentive. I was impressed at how lovely and clean all the areas were. All the theatre staff were absolutely lovely as was my lovely surgeon. I really felt in safe hands. Everything was explained to me fully from start to finish. I cannot praise Nottingham city hospital staff and it's services enough. Thank you all for looking after me so well.
