The staff were very uninviting and rude. I tracked 3 hours to be there and they seemed as though they didn't know why they were doing, they kept me in the dark and they still haven't give me results

May I first apologise that your experience at the Minor Injuries Unit at VIN was unsatisfactory. If you would like to contact the customer services department on 01270 612410 with some more information, I can endeavour to give you more detailed feedback including your results. It is highly unusual for any patient to be discharged from our minor injuries unit without appropriate review.
