(as the patient),

From my pre op assessment to my discharge the care I received was faultless. I had only one operation before and that was paid for privately. My experience at Good Hope on the NHS far exceeded the first one. The staff were genuinely caring and instilled a real sense of confidence and calmness in every step of the process. The surroundings were spotless.

I have been overwhelmed by my recent care and very much appreciate each person who was involved. I can't fault a thing.
