Excellent sensitive care from the whole team. I cannot rate this hospital, the facilities and the staff highly enough. It is so refreshing to experience such remarkable team work within a consistently caring and supportive culture. Superb. Other Trusts would do well to look and learn.

What a fantastic review for the emergency care team - thank you so much for taking the time to share it.
Our staff work incredibly hard; as professionals they set exceptionally high standards for care and feel extremely disappointed if anything gets in the way of meeting these standards, every day, for all patients.
I am sure you will be aware of how busy ED departments have been right across the country - we are no different, and haven't always got it right this winter - so it is really lovely to hear that all aspects of your care were excellent and delivered in exactly the way we would want. This sort of feedback means the world to staff and acts as such a welcome boost for committed teams.
