"Fantastic!!"

I attended the day surgery unit yesterday for a minor knee procedure and the care I received from everyone involved start to finish was second to none!! The environment was clean and pleasant and the atmosphere seemed organised and calm . Nothing was too much trouble and I was given reassurance and informed as to what was happening every step of the way. I was very nervous at having a GA due to a past bad experience in a private hospital but the way I was looked after by theatre staff made it seem a breeze I recovered very quickly and was able to go home after two hours. A fantastic team of people thank you all so much!!
