What I liked

Care, kindness, consideration and professionalism shown by all nursing staff, from the moment I arrived until the day I left. Never having been in hospital before I was very anxious, only ever having read the media reports, but I was very pleasantly surprised and pleased that I decided to go to your hospital's A&E following my accident, and thank all your dedicated staff for looking after me.

What could be improved

Cannot think of anything during my stay.
