About: Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust

(as a parent/guardian),

it is about my son. I think it is not a good place for him. It want them to do think for them self and then they said no. It is they treat the people that are in the hospital like children and not like grown up like they are. I had lots of problem with that place

If you would like to contact the service manager on 01322 622222 ext 3653, they would be pleased to better understand your concerns and agree with you what can be done to address them. I am not happy to contact them because all they say is it is my word again thirs. he has been there for about 6 year but could be longer and they say that they are looking for a place for him and that has been 2 year now and I am not happy with them and when I say anything to them they put you down. it dos not take 2 year to find a place for him I have conplained to them and they do nothing about it
