"Staff Change On Ward Two"

The qualified staff on ward two over the past few years have been indifferent to patient concerns and didn't like to come out of the nurse's office or clinic room and engage with the patients. How different now. All new faces and all attentive and happy to talk with we lowly service users. The support staff were as superb as usual.
