What I liked
I was worried about going into hospital but from the moment I walked into St Michael's I was looked after and treated kindly by every member of staff I met. Nothing was too much trouble and every step of my treatment was explained to me. The nurses in particular were friendly and understanding and helped me relax during my stay. Thank you everyone for taking care of me.
