"Excellent and poor"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

Over the years my wife has had excellent professional expertise offered to her, and friendly, courteous, understanding and help with her breast and bone cancer at Medway Hospital except this afternoon at 16.30 when she had an appointment with a consultant. We were both totally ignored upon entry while they studied a computer screen for several minutes and then asked my wife how she was. I didn't exist ! There was no 'welcoming' overture to put clients at ease.

The whole interview did not instil a lot of confidence and their PR skills were pretty poor. They just 'dismissed us' with. 'see you in a week', rather than 'nice to have met you' etc.

We both felt we were poorly treated.
