I received a referral to the hospital to the chiropodist for suspect shin splints / pronation of the ankle. The whole process was very quick and easy, and the chiropodist himself was friendly and reassuring. He gave me exercises to do and advised on shoe inserts, which have made a real difference to my pain levels.
