I came by patient transport so was early for my appointment an hour early.
After a while a kind person form the purple area reception came over to see if I was okay and offered to get me some water.
My appointment went well the MS nurse was also very kind and attentive.
After my appointment I was taken to the discharge ward because i there was a long wait for the ambulance.
I was in a wheelchair and am diabetic.
The person from reception helped with all of this they were brilliant.
ON the discharge ward I was given a sandwich and a drink because it was lunch time.
There isn't an outpatients option in the department field box below.
