"Key-hole surgery procedure"

I received an assessment appointment within 3 weeks of my GP referring me and a day care appointment for the procedure within a further month.

Appointment were always prompt with minimum wait.

Staff, both medical and non-medical, were always courteous and clear.

The treatment was carried out exactly as explained and without any delays. In all I think it took 4/5 hours. Discomfort to the shoulder was a good deal less than I had been led to expect, I did not require pain-killers but a feeling of nausea last longer than expected.

I can say from my experience that the Boston a West Hospital provides an excellent service for the procedure that I had.
